Returns
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, unstained, unsoiled and un-perfumed.
- Products must have all swing tags still attached.
- We accept returns or exchanges on change of mind items within 7 business days.
Refunds
- Please note that it can take up to 7 business days to process your refund once received, and 2 - 7 business days for the money to be refunded to your account.
- Once we process a refund on purchases made by credit/debit card, it can take up to 7 business days to re-appear in your bank – it just depends on who you bank with! Please be mindful of this when you are waiting on your refund.
Faulty garments
- If you believe the product you purchased is faulty, please contact us within 7 business days.
- If we find the item to be faulty and/or a major problem, we will refund or exchange. However, if the problem is NOT major, we will repair the item in a reasonable time.
- Our items come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Shipping and Postage
- Click and Collect: FREE
- Standard Australia post $15.00 AUD per order for orders between $0.00 to $200.00 AUD.
- FREE Standard shipping for orders of $200.00 and above.
- Express Australia post $25.00 AUD per unit.
Shipping Time Frame
- Orders are sent at the end of each business day with Australia post.
- The delivery time for Parcel Post mailers can vary depending on their origin and destination. In general, the Parcel Post mailers get delivered within 2 to 5 business days.
- Express – Delivery time is approximately 1-2 business days (longer if outside of the metropolitan area).
